The National University of Bangladesh has published a fresh notice. It is about the B.Sc in Honours Aeronautical and Aviation Science Form Fill-up 2026. The B.Sc in Honours Aeronautical and Aviation Science Form Fill-up for 1st Semester has three key dates. Students can apply online from 11 May 2026 to 17 May 2026. Colleges will finalise the student data by 18 May 2026. Fee payment through Sonali Seba runs from 19 May 2026 to 20 May 2026. Please follow these dates strictly. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Exam Fees You Should Know
Every student must pay a few fees. The regular and irregular exam fee is 7,000 taka. The practical exam fee is 800 taka for each paper. For grade improvement (Manonnoyon), the fee is 1,500 taka per paper. The centre fee is 1,000 taka in total. From this, 300 taka goes to the university and 700 taka stays at the centre. The in-course fee is 450 taka, where 150 taka goes to the university and 300 taka stays at the college. The practical exam centre fee is 600 taka. Here, 400 taka goes to the university and 200 taka to the college.
Who Can Apply for the Exam
This form fill-up is open to specific students only. Regular students of the 2024-2025 session can apply. Irregular students from the 2023-2024 and 2022-2023 sessions are also welcome. Students from other sessions cannot fill out this form.
Students who got C+, C, or D grades may sit for grade improvement. Those who received NA or F grades can take the improvement exam up to two times in a row. This rule gives every learner a fair second chance.
How to Fill the Online Application Form
The whole form fill-up is online. First, visit the official website at ems.nu.ac.bd. Click on the link named “Apply to online form Fill-up (For Student)”. Enter your registration number to log in. Then fill in all your details carefully. After data entry, print the completed application form.
Attach two recent passport-size photos to the form. The college principal must sign and seal them. Use proper glue, not pins or staples. The form has two parts. Keep one part safe with you. Submit the other part to your college on the given date.
What the Colleges Must Do
Colleges play a big role too. They must enter every student’s data at www.nu.ac.bd. Use the “College Log in” option with the college password. Check each entry against the probable list. Any wrong entry can cancel a student’s form.
Colleges must also enter the in-course marks. Without in-course numbers, the form will not be accepted. After full data entry, the college must print the documents. Then send the printed copies to the university with the fees.
How to Pay the Fees
All fee payment is done through Sonali Seba. First, go to www.nu.ac.bd and click the Service menu. Find the Sonali Seba link and log in. Download the Pay Slip from there. Take the Pay Slip to any Sonali Bank branch. Pay the full amount in one go. Collect the bank receipt as your proof.

Other Important Notes
The exam centre fee of 700 taka per student must reach the centre before the exam. This money covers answer scripts, exam materials, and other costs. Every college must keep each student’s form for one year after the result. This helps in case of any check or correction.
